Snorkelling Excursion around Tamarin Bay

On the day of your snorkelling tour in Tamarin Bay, you'll need to arrive at the Tamarin Oceanpro Diving headquarters on Tamarin Beach. There, you'll meet your friendly instructor, who will check you in, and distribute the necessary equipment for the excursion, including the mask, tube, and fins. Then, it's time for a short safety and itinerary briefing, so you are aware of where you're going and what to do to have a good time.

Once you're all geared up and ready to go, it's time to hop on the boat! Depending on the day's weather and tide conditions, your instructor will choose a good spot to anchor the boat and let you jump into the water. Now, for about 45 minutes to an hour, you will snorkel around Tamarin Bay independently, which means that the instructors will stay on the boat and let you explore the sections that interest you, rest when you want to, and swim as far as you want (whilst staying at a safe distance from the boat). During your experience, you might spot colourful fish, corals, moray eels, and turtles. Now, your instructor is passionate about the preservation of the ocean, so they will ask you to please not touch anything during the tour.

All you need to do to enjoy this wonderful 2-hour snorkelling excursion around Tamarind Bay is come prepared with the basics. A suimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a water bottle is really all you'll need. The water temperature in the bay varies between 22 and 29 degrees Celsius, so you shouldn't worry about the cold, but if it's necessary, your instructor has wetsuits on hand if they are needed.
