Activity description

Discover coffee the Sami way during this unique 2-hour experience in northern Norway! Join your hosts at their homestead and learn about Sami traditions and customs over an open fire!  

During this 2-hour activity, you'll be welcomed into a "lavvu" (a traditional Sami tent) where you'll be seated by the fire and enjoy a "gáfestallan", a social happening that is popular with the Northern Sami. You'll try the world's best coffee or tea and sample homemade dried reindeer meat while your hostess shares stories about her culture and life as a reindeer herder.

This relaxing and engaging experience is perfect for those who want to learn more about the Sami way of life in the Arctic circle!
