Do you get your skiing kicks from heading off the beaten track, far away from well-kept ski slopes? In that case, you've come to the right place!
This region of Norway offers many itineraries for ski touring, from Bergen to Myrkdalen, Nærøyfjorden, Kvamskogen, and the Hardanger Fjord. Each of these spots has areas of beautiful, untouched snow, paired with stunning views over some of Norway's most iconic fjords.
Depending on the level of the group, your guide will tailor a specific itinerary that fits everyone's abilities. Together, we will then embark on our day-long excursion in the fjords. Make sure you bring your own ski, poles, ski shoes, helmet, and climbing skins, as these will not be provided.
Our experienced local guide will keep you safe throughout the day, ensuring the routes taken are not only available to all in the group but also safe to venture into. They have certified knowledge of avalanche risk, first-aid, and navigation, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about while gliding through the snow.
While the itinerary changes with every group, you are most likely to ski through open mountain landscapes and forests, enjoying all of the beautiful nature that Norway has to offer!
All who have a basic understanding of skiing are welcome on this unique adventure! However, we particularly recommend it for those with intermediate to advanced experience.
For those who wish to enjoy the day privately with their family or friends, we offer a private tour which allows more freedom in itinerary choice and pace.
