Has your first scuba dive made you want to go further in the discipline? Then take the next step and become a certified Level 1 diver in Reunion Island!
A must for anyone wishing to take part in exploration dives, Level 1 allows you to dive in the company of a dive master to a depth of 20 metres. The course, spread over 6 half-days, includes not only theory, but also practice during 6 dives in a natural environment. Passing your Level 1 in Reunion Island will allow you to enjoy some magnificent dive sites!
Supervised by state-certified instructors who will be delighted to share their knowledge with you, this Level 1 scuba diving course in Le Port, near Saint-Paul, will take you to dive sites along the west coast of the island, particularly in the Reunion Island Marine Nature Reserve: superb underwater landscapes and a rich and varied fauna will make your course unforgettable!

6 half-day courses (spread out according to your wishes and availability) covering the theory and practice of scuba diving in a natural environment
Objectives
Be able to dive to a maximum of 20 metres with a dive master
Course of events
- Welcome at the dive centre
- Preparation of equipment and boarding of the boat
- Sail to the dive site for 20-30 minutes and safety briefing
- Launch in the water with your instructor for a maximum immersion of 60 minutes, depending on your consumption, to a maximum depth of 20 metres
- Return to the boat and sail back to the dive centre to debrief the experience and plan the next session
Activity requirements
Minors must be accompanied by an adult (€20 to be paid on site if the adult does not take part in the training).
A certificate of first dive within the year preceding the course is required to partake in the activity.
All participants must bring a medical certificate from their doctor dated within the last 3 months stating that they are allowed to practice this activity.

This activity is weather-dependent. If the weather does not allow for the activity to take place, we will contact you to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Please note you are not allowed to fly for up to 24 hours after your last dive.
