Activity description

Set off on a guided van tour of one of the world's most active and famous volcanoes!

You'll discover the most beautiful sites along the Piton de la Fournaise route on Reunion Island, and take in some magnificent scenery. Your tour starts at the Belvédère de Grand-Bassin in Bois-Court, from where you'll have a breathtaking view of the ramparts of Cilaos and the Grand Bassin waterfall, and if the weather is fine, you may even catch a glimpse of the Voile de la Mariée waterfall!

Your route then takes you even higher, to 2,136 metres, with a stop at the Nez de Boeuf lookout, where you can enjoy a 360° panoramic view over the plains and the eroded Rivière des Remparts, a sublime backdrop over the years.

On the way to the Piton de la Fournaise, you'll pass by the Commerson crater and its viewpoint to observe the impressive 265-metre depth! Your guided tour of Reunion Island has some wonderful surprises in store for you: you'll continue your program at Marine Langevin, a magnificent vantage point between turquoise water, abyss and rocks. For a moment of relaxation, head to the Jacqueline waterfall for a refreshing swim!

Your guided tour of Reunion Island by van will end at Grand Anse beach, a pretty beach lined with coconut palms, where you'll feel like you're on an island paradise, and enjoy a magnificent sunset!

Don't wait any longer, book your guided tour of Piton de la Fournaise now and enjoy a program full of discoveries!
