Enjoy this kayak excursion in Cabo de Gata-Níjar from La Fabriquilla to the Mermaids Reef and snorkelling!
The natural park Cabo de Gata-Níjar, also known as Cabo de Gata, is located 30 km from the centre of Almería. Among its most popular spots are La Fabriquilla and the famous and spectacular Mermaids Reef.
The kayak route will start in La Fabriquilla, direction Cala del Corralete, and will pass by "Los Motores". When we arrive at the Corralete Cove, we will stop to snorkel and enjoy the crystal clear waters and the impressive fauna and flora of the area. We will follow the route towards the Cabo de Gata Lighthouse, where we will kayak through an amazing crevice in the mountain with amazing views until we reach the famous Mermaids Reef. There, the instructor will give you an explanation of why it is so called while you discover every corner of this sensational place. Afterwards, we will head back to La Fabriquilla.

Activity requirements
All participants must be able to swim.
Participants must weight at least 40kgs.
Special terms
Children from 3 to 5 years old must be accompanied by two adults.
The meeting point may vary depending on the weather, looking for better sea conditions, avoiding waves and currents.
