Experience your diving baptism in Tossa de Mar and enjoy your first dive in the crystal clear waters of the Costa Brava!
The Costa Brava in Girona, with more than 200 kilometres of coastline, beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters and a rich fauna and flora is a great place to get started in the world of diving. Just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Barcelona and 50 minutes from Girona, you'll find the Super Dive Tossa diving school in Tossa de Mar, whose PADI certified instructors will accompany you on your first dive from the beach.
This diving baptism lasts 2 hours and consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. In the first part, your PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) certified instructor, one of the most important worldwide, will explain how the equipment works, how to communicate underwater using hand signals and how the tour will develop. After this class, it's time to put on your wetsuit and start the practical part of your dive at Mar Menuda Beach. Your instructor will be with you at all times and as it is a beach dive it is perfect for beginners, as the dive will be done slowly giving your ears time to get used to the pressure.

- Meeting with the instructors at the dive centre.
- 35-minute theory session where you will learn everything you need to dive safely (how the equipment works, how to communicate underwater, etc).
- Equipment with wetsuit and boots in the changing room.
- Transfer to the Mar Menuda beach in a van for five minutes to enjoy a dive from the shore of the beach. The guide will explain the activity step by step and the dive will last approximately one hour depending on your breathing.
- After the dive, return to the dive centre by van.

A written parental authorisation is required for minors to take part in this activity.
A perfect state of health without illness is required.
Persons suffering from any illness or taking any medication must present a doctor's note.
