The beach dive consists of a brief explanation of the diving equipment and basic notions followed by a dive from the beach.

The dive is done with one instructor for every two or three people in a cove on the Costa Brava, a quiet area with plenty of visibility and shallow depth so that your first experience is the most pleasant.

It is not necessary to know how to swim.

Activity requirements

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

The boat baptism consists of a short theoretical explanation which includes a practice dive in a swimming pool to familiarise ourselves with the diving equipment and the environment before we go on our boat dive.

The boat dive is also done with one instructor for every two or three people in a cove inaccessible by land on the Costa Brava. This allows us to enjoy much more of the marine life, as nature is in its wildest state, without the usual presence of bathers or boats, in an area sheltered from the waves and with plenty of visibility.

It is not necessary to know how to swim.

the activity itself was great and fun, i personally just didn’t like it too much because diving made me very anxious which i didn’t know before and only found out afterwards and it was also a bit too cold for me but again, that’s a personal issue, the activity itself can surely be lots of fun and i would definetly reccomend trying it at least once because it’s a great experience!
