Upon booking, please provide your accommodation address for pickup arrangement, along with your phone number and email. The evening prior, between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, you will receive an email with the pickup schedule, including pickup locations and contact details of the driver who will be transporting you.
Check-in Point: Please be at the check-in point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Weight Limit: There is no weight limit, but if your weight exceeds 100 kg (220 lb), please contact us before the booking day.
Flight Schedule: Depending on the season of the year, based on the winter and summer solstice, pickup schedules as well as flight schedules may vary (Winter at 07:00 / Summer at 06:00). These times may vary each month and are related to the time of sunrise.
