Activity description
Discover the Hydrospeed activity in the Mijares River in Montanejos. This is one of the most addictive experiences in the Valencian Community near Castellón.
We want to introduce you to hydrospeed, which we consider to be their most extreme and exciting adventure. You will feel the white water rapids on your skin and you'll enjoy surfing wild water waves in the only place it is possible in Valencia, the Mijares River in Montanejos specifically in the Castellón region.
The Mijares River is the only class III river in Valencia Community. Geared up with all necessary equipment, you will descent class III rapids, crossing and surfing the white water waves and enjoying all that they have prepared for you.
This adventure needs some physical conditions as you will need to move with power against the waves. Get ready to let the river guide you on this once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Course of events
10.00 AM - 11.00 AM: Transport
Once the contract has been signed and the outstanding amount has been paid, we will give you the personal equipment consisting of a full wetsuit, neoprene socks, hard-soled booties, fins, protections, lifejacket and helmet. You will be able to use the changing rooms and toilets. Once you are ready we will transfer you to the river in our vehicles. The journey by car is approximately 5′. Your belongings and dry clothes will be kept in the changing rooms. Upon arrival at the river, the Team Leader will meet you and accompany you to the start of the activity.
11.00 AM - 13.00 PM: Descent
Before entering the water, you will be given a mini-course on how to use the equipment and a safety talk by our Team Leader. We will enter the water and do a little "training" before starting the descent of the rapids.
13.00 PM - 13.30 PM: Return to base.
Once the descent is finished, we will take you back to the base where you can return your equipment and change in the changing rooms. We have outdoor showers and cold drinks for sale. If you are hungry or thirsty, there is nothing better than booking a great meal in one of the restaurants or terraces of the village, ask us!
All participants must be able to swim. Minors must have authorization from their parents.
