Activity description
Embark on an uphill climb to the great plateau Rakkaslahku on this epic snowmobile excursion!
With a maximum of 8 people per tour, this experience remains intimate, allowing for a more personal rapport with the guide.
Before departure, the guide will provide you with all the equipment necessary to drive the snowmobile and keep you safe and warm. They will then show you how to drive your snowmobile, as well as some signaling gestures to keep the group safe along the way. Children will be pulled in a sled behind the guide, safe, warm, and happy.
Once everyone is ready, you will set off into the night on your tour. The journey will take you along the plateau Rakkaslahku, where you will be able to enjoy impressive 360 views of the snowy plain. Mid-way, we will make a stop at the Låkktatjåkko mountain lodge for some waffles and hot drinks, you will have earned it! Warm up inside before heading back onto the snow, exploring the mountains, and maybe even making a stop at the wolf pass. After 5 hours of fun, we will be back at our base in Björkliden, where we can drop anyone off at their various accommodations.

Be ready to depart from reception 30 minutes prior to the activity time.
Activity requirements
Driver's license is compulsory for snowmobiling.
Special terms
In case of damage to a snowmobile and its accessories, you may be liable to pay up to SEK 8,000 in insurance deductible per damaged snowmobile.
If Outback Abiso deems it possible that the damage can be repaired by us, the cost of the damaged part and the work for this will be paid by the person who caused the damage at a cost lower than the previously mentioned SEK 8,000.
