Fulufjällen is a stunning mountain range located in the northwestern part of Sweden, near the border with Norway. It is part of the Scandinavian Mountains and is known for its rugged beauty, diverse wildlife, and unique natural features. One of the most popular attractions within Fulufjällen is Fulufjället National Park, Sweden's oldest national park, home to a variety of ecosystems, including pristine forests, vast wetlands, and dramatic mountain peaks. On this enjoyable snowmobile safari, you will explore the beauty of Fulufjället National Park!
Your adventure begins at the meeting point in Fulufjällen. You’ll be greeted by an experienced guide, who will start with a safety briefing and snowmobile driving lesson. The group will be small, to ensure personal attention and guidance for each participant. The snowmobiles are driven by one person, and children or those without a driver’s license can ride as passengers on a sled pulled by the guide’s snowmobile. Once everyone is prepared, the snowmobile safari begins!
Following the guide, you’ll ride through the remote forest over the glistening snow. You’ll drive off the beaten track before arriving at a beautiful viewpoint where you can take in the fairytale landscape. The guide will build a roaring fire and you can enjoy some hot chocolate with marshmallows, tea or coffee and some traditional Swedish fika (sweet bread) while you warm up. The guide will share insights about the history of this national park. You will then head back towards the starting point. Fulufjällen is home to diverse wildlife, including moose, reindeer, brown bears, lynx, and wolves. If you’re lucky, you may encounter some of these wild animals or their tracks along the way! The tour will end at the starting point in Fulufjällen.

Activity requirements
Snowmobile drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Please bring the original copy with you on the day of the activity.
Special terms
Each snowmobile is driven by one person. Children under 18 years old and those without a driver's license can ride in a sled pulled by the guide's snowmobile. The sled can hold either 4 small children, 3 older children (over 3 years old) or 2 adults. For this option, you need to book 'Passenger'.
