Activity description

Nala canyoning is an exciting adventure in the lower section of this magnificent canyon, which ends in the village of Osogna in Ticino.

For those who enjoy waterfalls, it is a must-see feature of the Ticino canyoning scene... Small to large - up to 50m! If you don't like jumping and sliding, this is the canyon for you... However, it has an optional 14m jump and an almost vertical 15m slide to spice things up a little.

It is one of Riviera's big five canyons, along with Boggera, Iragna, and Lodrino.
This canyon is also well-known in the canyoning community for its long upper section and the spectacular 1000m rock face above it. If you can handle the cold, you can visit this canyon almost all year because the water flow is controlled by the electric company's dam above the upper section.

The canyon has some closed sections, but there are also some exit options. People with some experience or athletic beginners should try this. Children as young as 14 can take part if they have prior experience.
