Rafting Excursion on the Ticino River from Cresciano

Please allow 3 to 4 hours in total for this activity.

• Meet at the base at Agriturismo La Finca in Cresciano
• Introduction and equipment handover
• 20-minute drive by car or public transportation
• Walk to the starting point (5 minutes)
• Safety briefing
• Begin the rafting adventure
• Approximate 1.5-hour river descent (duration varies with current)
• Arrival in Arbedo-Bellinzona
• Transport of clothes and valuables from the starting point to Arbedo, where the tour ends

All participants must know how to swim and be in a good general state of health to take part in this activity.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

A minimum number of 4 participants is required to run this activity.

No specific fitness level is required for this activity.

Contact lenses or glasses are no problem. Please bring a glasses strap and a waterproof case to protect them if needed.

Jewelry and piercings should be removed for safety reasons; there is also a risk of losing them.

Transport Options:

• Option 1: If using public transport, you can arrive in Cresciano (stop: Cresciano Paese) and depart directly from the arrival point (stop: Arbedo Molinazzo).
• Option 2: If traveling by car, you can park either at the start (Agriturismo La Finca) or at the end (parking in front of Camping Bellinzona) and use public transport for one leg of the journey.

Due to unpredictable weather conditions, the guides reserve the option to change the starting time if necessary.
