You should have a moderate level of physical condition to participate in this activity (walk 15 kilometers with a 400-meter ascent).
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the start time.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant or disabled people.
Please note that the duration and itinerary of the activity are weather-dependent. The activity will take place rain or shine, but there might be some inaccessible points.
During the months of May to September, there is a cafe halfway round the trail, but you should not depend on this for sustenance unless advised by your instructor to do so. It's a pop-up and so is often closed due to weather conditions. You should bring your own lunch and drinks to avoid losing your strength without the necessary food.

Once you're well-informed and ready, it's time to go! You'll spend around 6 hours hiking around Waterfall Country, concentrating on keeping up with the pace of the guide, and observing the beautiful Welsh landscapes. You will hike a distance of 15 kilometers with a 400-meter ascent, and on rough, muddy, and broken ground, which means you should prepare for a challenging day. Your first stop on this ride and hike to the waterfalls in Brecon Beacons National Park, from Cardiff, will be Sgwd Gwladys waterfall, where you'll learn about the princess it's named after while you observe its stunning beauty.
