When you arrive, you will receive all the equipment you need for ice fishing on the Saguenay Fjord (2 fishing rods, 2 sets of groundfish lures, plus a small caplan bag and bait), so all you have to do is try your hand at this winter pastime while enjoying the region's sublime surroundings. You will be entitled to a total of 5 catches per person (including caplan, redfish, cod, turbot and 'unicode' eel), which you will need to leave to freeze outside your cabin so that they remain safe to eat.
