Mountain running, this addictive sport and permanent self-improvement activity, is a demanding sport that you need to train for. If you are looking for a course that can help you progress, follow the pros of Dahu Ariégeois!

Course program: physical development and practical advice!
The 2 days are a preparation that consists of accumulating a large number of altitude difference and kilometers over two or three days.

The ideal, if you practice mountain running regularly and intensively, is to incorporate this course in a training cycle and renew it several times a year. It is also a perfect physical preparation 15 to 21 days before a race goal to cause the body to be overcompensated physically the day of the event.
