How do I set up a promotional offer on Manawa?

Want to set up a promotion to boost your sales? It’s very simple, and you have full control to do it yourself in just a few clicks. Here is how to do it:

1. Access your activities

Once logged into your back office (need a login reminder? Check the guide here) , click on the "Activities" tab in the left-hand menu.

2. Select the activity and option

Click on the specific activity you want to promote.

Please note: Promotions are managed at the Option level. If your activity has multiple options (e.g., "Beginner Course" vs. "Advanced Trip"), you will need to set up the promotion for each option independently.

3. Configure your offer

Scroll down to the "Special offers" section and click "Edit". Then, click "Add a new promotion".

A window will open where you can define your conditions:

• Name: This is for your internal use only, so feel free to write whatever helps you identify it!
• Discount: Enter the percentage discount (e.g., 10%).
• Dates: Choose the start and end dates for the offer.
• Days of the week: You can choose to apply the promo only on specific days (e.g., Mondays only)

Don't forget to click "OK" and then "Save changes" to put the promo live.

4. Double-check the result

To make sure everything is perfect:

1. Go back to your Dashboard in the left menu.
2. Scroll to your activity and click "View" to see it directly on the Manawa website.
3. Put yourself in a customer's shoes: try selecting a date during your promo period to see the discount applied in the basket.

Important note: Due to cache delays, it can take 3 to 10 days for the "slashed price" to appear on the search results pages. However, the promotion is active and functional in the booking process as soon as you save it!
