There was a detailed explanation of how to behave and all this without any time pressure

Frederic was very competent as a pilot and we appreciated his prioritisation of safety. We had to cut short our first attempt at the flight because he was not happy with wind conditions - and he offered a full replacement flight the next day - so I really got a flight and a half. The only down side is that he was a bit delayed in contacting us so we ended up spending an extra morning going to the altiport to find out what was going on.
