They were really friendly and helpful, the reception was very helpful and gave us warm clothing and offered shoes too. The dogs seemed to be very happy and looked after well and very ethical. Our Guide, Thomas, was extremely friendly and enthusiastic the whole ride and was very knowledgeable about his dogs and the area.

Everything was well organized, from overalls and boots to the trip itself. It might be a good idea to check the start time. The instructions said to be there 15 minutes early, the trip started at 9:00 AM. So we arrived at 8:45 AM. However, the woman there told us we were late. Maybe they could change that? If it had said 30 minutes early, we would have been there too. A small tip, otherwise it was perfect.
