HQ Services Touristiques is a family business founded in 2013 and based in Quebec City, with 13 years of activity, taken over in 2022 by Émilie, who now runs it with her family and team. Its office, located in the Lower Town of Old Quebec close to the main hotels and the cruise terminals, is the starting point for most tours and has toilets and drinking water. The company offers guided walking tours of Old Quebec, in small groups or private, with the funicular ride included on most routes, food and agritourism tours out to Île d'Orléans and Montmorency Falls, and a 6.5-hour small-group hike in Jacques-Cartier National Park, with lunch at a bakery and pick-up from your hotel in Old Quebec. Tours run all year round; in winter, you can borrow or rent winter clothing and accessories at the office. Its Tuque & mitaines division rents complete winter outfits, delivered to your accommodation in Old Quebec or on Montreal Island.
