Capbreton Surfer

Capbreton surfer is a company founded in 2003 in Capbreton, Landes, representing over 20 years of activity in water sports instruction. The centre provides surf and stand up paddle sessions tailored to your skill level on the Landes coast. Guidance is provided by state-certified instructors who hold professional cards and training in coastal rescue and first aid. Each session is limited to small groups of 8 participants per instructor, organised by age bracket and technical ability. Prior to entering the water, an initial safety briefing covers tidal currents, rip currents, and right-of-way rules, followed by a guided warm-up. The specific surf break is chosen according to real-time tide, swell, and ocean conditions. On site, you have access to changing rooms and toilets, alongside technical equipment including wetsuits, swim fins, bodyboards, and foam surfboards fitted with leashes for beginners.
