I thought by reserving here we will have like a personal mentor to the group at that hour but not really, there are receptionists that are very kind and polite and speak multiple languages, they explain to u the main things and give u the tools u need but u still have to do it alone , and the reservation isn't really necessary u can go and talk to them and pay and start just like that
