The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire experience. I actually fell off the sled at one point and lost my camera in the snow, but the staff immediately helped search for it and successfully found it for me. I truly appreciated their kindness and dedication. Their support made me feel safe and well taken care of.

Fantastic! Unlike many of the other providers, this is a small and very personal activity with small groups. We would recommend this to anyone who actually want to have an authentic dog-sledding experience and want to interact with the dogs.

The team were fantastic and extremely accommodating especially when we did not make it to the original booking time. Very good with our young kids too! Ben who led the trip was very impressive with his knowledge and experience. All planned perfectly and amazing to finish in a log cabin to warm up with a fire and hot drink.
