Head off the coast of Raiatea and discover the beautiful species of fish that inhabit the South Pacific on a private deep-sea fishing excursion from Uturoa!
4 to 5 hours of deep-sea fishing in Raiatea await you on this private excursion from Uturoa, a full day suitable for beginners and experienced fishing enthusiasts alike! You will be taught light reef trolling outside the lagoon, as well as heavy inshore trolling a little further out to sea, to help you catch the beautiful fish that inhabit Polynesian waters: tuna, barracuda, bonito, jacks, etc., great catches that you will be able to take home at the end of the day!
Aboard a comfortable boat privatised just for you and your loved ones (4 people maximum), you will enjoy a big-game fishing excursion in Raiatea that also includes lunch on board the boat, as well as a snorkelling break in the lagoon if you wish towards the end of the day. Course of events
- Meeting with the guide directly at the meeting point at 8.15 a.m. or at your accommodation (pick-up included if your accommodation is as far east as PK 5 and as far west as PK 9 - more information below)
- Briefing about the activity, then boarding the boat to go fishing off Raiatea lagoon
- Lunch break on board the boat before setting off again to go fishing
- If you wish, you will be able to take a snorkelling break in the lagoon before returning to your accommodation or to the meeting point at the end of the activity
Activity requirements
Activity not accessible to disabled people and pregnant people.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Once your booking has been confirmed, please contact the captain to arrange your pick-up time (this varies according to your pick-up location).
Special terms
This activity is weather-dependent. If the weather does not allow for the activity to take place, we will contact you to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Transfers: transfers are included if your accommodation is located up to PK 5 in the east and PK 9 in the west, in Raiatea. If your accommodation is further away or in Taha'a, the transfer will be subject to a supplement and must be arranged directly with the captain.
