Do you already have climbing experience and would like to take on a new challenge? Then multi-pitch climbing at Trois-Rives is for you!
Surpass yourself in an exceptional natural setting, with a breathtaking view of the Saint-Maurice River! Thanks to multi-pitch climbing in Trois-Rives, you'll enjoy a memorable guided sporting activity in the Mauricie region, alone or accompanied by another climbing partner. Trois-Rives is about an hour and a half's drive from Trois-Rivières, a Quebec commune surrounded by forests and bordered by the Saint-Maurice River.
You'll discover multi-pitch climbing on the "Prisoner of Azkaban" route during a 3 to 4 hours guided session. Of a difficulty of 5.8 (5b), this big granite wall climbing route is 60 metres long and has 2 pitches. Whether you're an experienced climber used to climbing gyms or you've already got some cliff experience, climbing the Prisoner of Azkaban route is the perfect way to explore new horizons and enjoy incredible scenery, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, in the heart of nature.
When you arrive, you'll receive a warm welcome from an experienced instructor. He'll provide you with all the climbing equipment you need and give you a detailed safety briefing. After a short walk of around 5 minutes to the climbing route, the adventure begins. Whether you're on your own or in pairs, you'll receive attentive, personalised supervision from your instructor. He or she will climb first to show you the route, then guide you up to a height of 25 metres. Once you've completed this stage, the instructor will continue to the summit, 35 metres above sea level, before taking you back up. Abseiling will add an extra touch of adrenalin to your experience. After your long route climbing activity, you'll return to the starting point where you'll have the opportunity to discuss your achievements and enjoy a debriefing with your instructor.

You will be asked to sign a risk acceptance form before the activity begins.
