About the activity

A long river stretching 161km between Lac de la Fougère and the Ottawa River, the Rivière Rouge crosses the Laurentians from north to south, offering great opportunities for stand-up paddling in the Laurentians from La Conception. There's a 12km stretch of the river near La Conception, close to Mont-Tremblant, where you can hire a SUP board and paddle down the Rivière Rouge on your own for half a day!

Generally taking between 2h30 and 4 hours, depending on your pace, stand-up paddling down the Rivière Rouge is an activity that requires a minimum of previous experience on a SUP board, but also a physical effort that makes it accessible to children aged 13 and over. Paddling upright on your board will require a lot of energy if you are to reach the end of this autonomous stand-up paddle course on the Rivière Rouge!

Combining sport and tranquillity, stand-up paddling in the Laurentians is the perfect way to enjoy the typical Quebec countryside near Mont-Tremblant. So don't wait any longer to book your SUP board and go down the Rivière Rouge in total autonomy!
