Discover the via ferrata of Cap Beauséjour in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, in the heart of the Laurentians, between Montreal and Mont-Tremblant!
Tyroparc invites you to discover an incredible activity combining hiking and via ferrata to experience incredible sensations in the Laurentians. The via ferrata is a hike on a rock face equipped with metal holds and a steel cable to facilitate the progression and improve the safety of users.
You will start with a short walk of 450 metres to the foot of the cliff. From here you will attach yourself to the continuous lifeline and embark on a 60 metre high via ferrata, the equivalent of a 20 storey building. Along the way, you'll move along the cliff using iron holds.
You will cross wooden beams, discover different types of bridges, monkeys, Nepalese, and a ladder suspended above the void to give you incredible sensations.
At the top, you will be able to contemplate the incredible landscapes of the Laurentians and the Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts region before descending through a 750 meters hike to the Tyroparc chalet.

You must arrive at the Tyroparc 30 minutes before the start of your activity in order to receive the required equipment and safety instructions from your guide.
The minimum weight is 88 lbs (40 kg) and the maximum weight is 264 lbs (120 kg).
The minimum age is 10 years and the minimum height is 1.70m from the feet to the fingertips when the arms are raised.
Special terms
Backpacks are not recommended but if you need to use one to carry a water bottle or other items, please take a small backpack.
For this activity, pregnant women are not accepted for safety reasons.
