Rafting Momentum offers you a rafting activity, located only 1 hour from Ottawa and 4h30 from Toronto, that will satisfy your desire for discovery, adventure and sharing. It's a sporting activity that awaits you near Canada's capital, in a natural setting that is soothing, rejuvenating and exceptionally warm.
Rafting Momentum and its team of passionate instructors offer different options for day trips on the Ottawa River:
* The family course from 5 years old (+18kg)
* The classic course from 12 years old (+40kg)
* The adventure course from 12 years old (+40kg)
Wondering what to expect? Well, the rapids on the Ottawa River are class 3 to 4 all year round. In concrete terms, class 3 means that the biggest rapids are optional, so it's accessible to everyone and ideal for discovering the thrill of whitewater. Level 4 is sensational and sporty! However, thanks to the supervision of your professional instructor, it is only necessary to be a good swimmer to enjoy the activity as the biggest rapids are optional.
The instructors will welcome you, brief you and equip you with life jackets and helmets for the day during which you will enjoy 2 meals and a well deserved beverage at the end of the expedition on the Ottawa River!
