You'll leave the beach of the Auberge des îles to go and discover the islands of Pointe-Taillon. The Îles sector comprises some thirty islands and islets within the boundaries of the town of Alma and the municipality of Saint-Gédéon. For this camping and sea kayaking activity on the Pointe-Taillon islands, you will meet your guide in the afternoon for an orientation meeting, a check of your itinerary, and a briefing on the potential risks of the activity. You will be given your boat and then you'll be able to go on your own sea kayaking adventure to the islands of Pointe-Taillon. Once you arrive on Connelly Island, you can set up camp on a natural platform offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Perfect for watching the sunset!

You will be on your own during this trip. Although no previous sea kayaking experience is necessary, a minimum of camping experience is recommended.

There are a lot of pleasure boaters on the water, so be vigilant at all times to avoid accidents and make sure you know the rules of the road: there are dams and spillways near the islands, so plan your route so that you can travel safely.
