Set off on a 2 hours sea kayak tour of the Saguenay Fjord, a must-do nautical getaway in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region!
Bordered by vast forests and cliffs, the Saguenay Fjord is a natural site not to be missed in Quebec. Departing from Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux in Saint-Fulgence, you will take a sea kayak for a 2 hours 15 minutes outing through the fjord, discovering its calm expanse and sumptuous landscapes, and why not its aquatic residents if you are lucky!
A local guide who loves his region will accompany you on this sea kayak trip in the Saguenay Fjord, eager to show you some of its most beautiful scenery and share the region's history with you. After a short briefing on the activity and how to handle the paddle, you will launch the kayaks and enjoy an exceptional nature getaway in the great outdoors. Whether in summer or autumn, the Saguenay Fjord offers magnificent panoramas worthy of Quebec!
Whether you are a family with children aged 8 and over, a group of friends or a couple, sea kayaking in the Saguenay Fjord is a great way to discover the incredible environment of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region!
- Meeting with an instructor at the park reception 30 minutes before the start of the activity (10 minutes if you are already on site)
- Distribution of equipment and 10-minute walk to the sea kayaks on the river bank
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Departure for about 2 hours and 15 minutes sea kayak trip in the Saguenay Fjord
- Return to the riverbank, then to the park reception (10-minute walk) to return the equipment and end the activity
Activity requirements
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the activity (10 minutes if you are already on site).
Minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors aged 17 and over must present a parental authorisation to take part in the activity independently.
Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Special terms
Children aged 8 and 9 must board the same kayak as a responsible adult.
Pregnant people are not advised to participate in this activity.
