The canyon of Purcaraccia is one of the most beautiful canyons of Corsica. Located in the Aiguilles de Bavella, near Solenzara, Zonza and Lecci, you will discover green and limpid water basins of an incredible natural beauty in which you will have the pleasure to swim and jump. It is an ideal open-air site for discovering canyoning near Porto-Vecchio (1 hour and 15 minutes drive), or even from Ajaccio (2 hours and 15 minutes drive)!

The descent of the Purcaraccia canyon offers a beautiful sequence of various key obstacles of canyoning: natural slides, waterfalls, jumps up to 8 metres high (all of which can be bypassed), as well as 2 beautiful abseiling descents, each 45 metres high (compulsory), which make it a complete course in the Aiguilles de Bavella! It is certainly a must of the canyons to do in Corsica, either with family, friends or as a couple. Accompanied by a professional instructor, you will negotiate the course's various obstacles in complete safety while benefiting from invaluable advice!

We wanted do something active on the beautiful island and push ourselves a little, and we got exactly what we wanted! The reception by the organization was warm and kind, the hike (rather, climb) was beautiful and gave us a sunrise over the mountains and the guides were awesome! We had fun, exercise and adventure!

Grate diverse canyoning experience in a beautiful canyon. Climbing, abseiling, jumping, gliding of different heights and with different difficulty. Neem some basic fitness and no fear of heights.

Just a bit unorganised, providing a bit of food would also have been nice. We didn't get our bars or bottles of water.
