The Bouches de Bonifacio Nature Reserve is a maritime area that extends over 79,640 hectares, from the Pointe de la Chiappa in Porto-Vecchio to the Gulf of Roccapina in the southwest of Corsica, passing through the Lavezzi islands. The largest nature reserve in mainland France, it is well worth a visit by boat during your stay in Bonifacio! To do so, go to the Piantarella beach north of the Pointe de Sperone to join Bonifacio Excursions and board a semi-rigid boat that can accommodate up to 12 passengers.

In a small group, you will have the pleasure of taking a boat tour of the Bouches de Bonifacio Nature Reserve for a little more than 2 hours with a swimming and snorkeling stop on a secret spot known by the captain. It was truly beautiful! The tour guide really took his time to show some great spots, you got to snorkle as well and see everything from the water! He really had useful information that made the tour so great, along with the views.

A truly magnificent tour, but no communication regarding the delay of almost an hour and guidance primarily in French with very little explanation in English, even after a friendly request.
