Discover the stunning Arctic wilderness of Saariselkä on this high-speed adult snowmobile safari in Finnish Lapland. All levels of experience are welcome!
Saariselkä is situated in the municipality of Inari, in the northern part of Finnish Lapland. Since it is approximately 250 km (155 miles) north of the Arctic Circle, Saariselkä is known for its stunning landscapes, vast forests, fells, and lakes.
As an added convenience, you can choose between being picked up at the listed locations or meeting at the Safartica office in Saariselkä (please specify when booking). Your adventure begins once you've met your experienced guide, who will provide an in-depth safety briefing as well as an introduction to snowmobiling. Equipped in winter gear, including thermal overalls, boots, wool socks, a hat, a scarf, and gloves, you'll put on your snowmobile helmet and the fun starts!
You and your group (a maximum of 15 participants) will embark on a thrilling journey through the snow at high speeds. Get ready for an adrenaline rush like none other! Midway through the excursion, you'll stop for a break and enjoy a hot drink. This is also the perfect moment for taking photos of Finnish Lapland's beautiful scenery. You'll return to the original departure point in Saariselkä with memories that will last a lifetime and maybe even a newfound love of snowmobiling!

Activity requirements
Please be advised that each person driving a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license (B). Please remember to bring your driver's license with you.
In addition, this activity features two persons per snowmobile.
Special terms
Please note that the snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle. Personal self-liability is a maximum of 900 €/person/snowmobile/ case of accident. By purchasing a 15 € self-liability insurance before the start of the safari, you reduce the amount of self-liability down to a maximum of 150 €/person/snowmobile/case of accident. Self-liability insurance is personal and valid in one snowmobile safari.
The total snowmobiling time for this excursion is 2.5 hours.
