Ylläs is a popular winter and summer resort area in Finnish Lapland, situated in northern Finland. Known for its stunning natural beauty, Ylläs offers visitors a wide range of outdoor activities and experiences. Since it is located within the Arctic Circle, this region is the perfect place to view the breathtaking natural phenomenon of the Northern Lights. What better way to do so than on a thrilling snowmobiling excursion?

Your adventure begins after being picked up at one of the listed locations or by meeting onsite (please specify when booking). Upon arrival, you and your group (a maximum of 20 participants) will be greeted by your experienced guide. Once you've put on your winter gear, including thermal overalls, boots, wool socks, a wool scarf, and gloves, you'll receive a safety briefing as well as an introduction to snowmobiling. Please note that this activity includes 2 people per snowmobile, a single-driver supplement is available. In addition, all children aged 4-12 will be pulled on a sledge behind the guide's snowmobile.

With your helmet on, you'll set out into Finland's winter wonderland in search of the breathtaking Aurora Borealis! In total, this Aurora snowmobiling safari covers a distance of 15 km (9.3 miles). Traversing the stunning landscapes of Ylläs, you'll arrive at a Lappish teepee situated near a small lake. There, you'll be treated to warm drinks around a cosy campfire. Sit back and relax while your guide shares fascinating stories about the Northern Lights. Don't forget your camera for amazing photo opportunities! At the end of the safari, you'll return to the original departure point with memories that will last a lifetime.

Très bonne soirée, on a fait de la motoneige dans des endroit facile d’accès et on a eu la chance de voir des aurores boréales sur le retour , plus une petite pause gourmande au coin du feu.
