Course of events
Please allow 2.5 hours in total for this activity.
- Welcome & check-in (≈ 10 min) Meet at the base, welcome, identity check, initial explanations.
- Equipment (≈ 30 min) Distribution of equipment, adjustments, presentation of the activity.
- Transfer, minibus ride to the start (≈ 10 min)
- Briefing and safety instructions (≈ 10 min)
- Course of the tubing activity (≈1h15min): descent of rapids, slide down the toboggans with the possibility of repeating these fun passages, swimming and slides with lessons on white water, 4km descent through the town of Quillan.
- End of activity, return & debrief (≈ 20 min)

You need to be able to swim to take part in this activity.
Maximum weight: 100kg - 220lbs.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
You must be in good physical condition to take part in this activity and have no medical contraindications.
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the activity to take place.
