Packraft is a fun sport activity ideal for experiencing the thrill of gliding on water. A perfect mix between kayak and rafting, this boat allows you to travel the rivers alone and offers great manoeuvrability! In order to make the most of packraft on the Arve, our partner offers two routes: a beginner's route with approximately 1h15 of navigation and an intermediate route with approximately 2h30 to 3h of activity.
In both cases, you will go down the Arve on board your packraft, on a section of the river of class 2, i.e. of easy level. From Passy, you will go for an eventful descent with your group and accompanied by your guide!
Session Raft is the first white water sports base in the Mont-Blanc region and is specialised in white water sports since 1982. Supervised by one of their professional guides, you will be in good hands to enjoy a sportive and sensational moment. On board your packraft, you will take on the rapids of the Arve and experience incredible sensations!
Only 30 minutes from Chamonix-Mont-Blanc by car, Passy is the ideal place to go packrafting in Haute-Savoie. Indeed, the Arve river is located only 800 meters from our partner's base. This torrential river of the Alps has its source in the Mont-Blanc massif and is the main river of Haute-Savoie. Your journey will take place between the Aravis Range, Tête à l'Âne and Mont-Blanc. In this mountainous and wild setting, you will enjoy magnificent views that you will not forget!
