Practical information
Course of events
- Equipment and setting of the material.
- Presentation of the equipment and teaching of the specific vocabulary.
- Introduction to the water and coordination of the Duo.
- Sailing during 12 km: with test back/resume/surf +/- according to the client's wishes throughout the descent + naturalist contributions.
- Surprise visit of a cave along the way.
- Snack break.
- End of the course at night.
- Changeover + shuttle bus.
Activity requirements
You have to know how to swim, be able to stay underwater for several seconds without panicking and not be afraid of cold water to participate in this activity.
Minimum and maximum height : 150cm to 185cm.
Minimum and maximum weight: 45 kg to 90 kg.
Special terms
The meeting time may vary by about 30 minutes depending on the season.
The shuttle and the loading of the boat are organised with the participant, this is an integral part of the activity.
Please inform the instructor if you have any health problems (Raynaud's disease, asthma, various allergies...)
This experience can be enjoyed during the day from 15 March to 14 June and from 1 September to 30 November, depending on weather conditions and water levels.
