Take a rafting trip down the waters of the Tarn and enjoy the magnificent scenery, rich in wildlife and wild flora. The Tarn River is a river that originates in the mountains of the Massif Central. It is about 380 kilometres long and flows through several departments, including Aveyron, Tarn and Lozère. It is a class 2 river, with a class 3 passage when the water level is higher. So depending on the season, you can have a different experience.
The ideal time for a sporty trip is usually spring or autumn, after the floods, when they occur. Then the route becomes more family-oriented until the beginning of August. Depending on the period, the descent will last between 2 and 3 hours and will cover a distance of 10 to 12 km.
This intimate activity allows you to embark, with your friends or family, in the same raft on the Tarn, on a guided course. You can enjoy a moment together, in safety and in a magnificent natural environment. Rafting in the Tarn gorges is also an opportunity to discover the local heritage while sharing this experience with your loved ones!
