Baban Climbing Club will provide you with all the necessary equipment, including ropes, harnesses, helmets and climbing shoes, to ensure your safety and comfort during the activity. Sebastien, Baban Climbing Club's experienced guide will guide you throughout the adventure. He will teach you the basic climbing techniques, familiarise you with the equipment and give you the advice you need to climb the rock faces with confidence. He'll adapt to your level and needs, allowing you to progress at your own pace and push your limits!

- Meet at the car park of one of the chosen climbing sites around Les Angles (exact meeting point given by the instructor).
- Equipment set up.
- Approach walk to the cliffs.
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, equipment and safety rules.
- Climbing session and learning safety techniques: roping up, belaying, etc.
- Walk back to the car park.
- Debriefing of the session.
Being in good physical condition is mandatory to take part in this activity.
