On the day of your adventure freediving experience in Antiparos, you'll need to arrive at the Blue Island Divers headquarters in northeastern Antiparos. There, you'll be welcomed by the team of expert instructors, and you'll sign a few documents that will confirm your ability to participate in the activity. You'll then try on your freediving equipment, including a wetsuit, mask, fins, weight belt, and nose clips, to make sure it fits you right, or if you have it, you can simply bring your own and change on-site!
