Discover the richness of Martinique's waters from Les Trois-Îlets on this first dive and snorkeling trip in south-west Martinique!
The perfect experience for those curious enough to observe Martinique's underwater life, this boat trip combines scuba diving and snorkeling from Les Trois-Îlets and takes you to 2 different dive sites to admire its biodiversity. Generally located between Les Trois-Îlets and Les Anses-d'Arlet, these sites will be chosen according to the weather and sea conditions, and may even offer you the chance to meet turtles!
Departing from Pointe du Bout, your first dive and snorkeling combo in Les Trois-Îlets will allow you to enjoy the seabed in 2 different ways: fully immersed for around 20 minutes at a depth of up to 6 meters during the scuba diving experience, and from the surface of the water with fins, mask and snorkel for 1 hour for the snorkeling. An instructor will be at your side at all times during the first dive to teach you the basic signs of the discipline, then will guide you during the snorkeling to explain what you will see underwater.
As well as discovering an aquatic world full of wonders, your first dive and snorkeling experience in Les Trois-Îlets will give you a great boat trip along the south-west coast of Martinique. Anse Dufour, Anse Noire, the beach of Grande Anse d'Arlet, etc., you will pass superb scenery that will make your experience even more unforgettable!
Classical diving experience (1 dive of about 20 minutes to a depth of 6 meters) followed by 1 hour of snorkeling
Course of events
- Departure from the marina on board the boat
- Equipment and briefing by the instructor during the navigation to the dive site
- Launch for around 20 minutes underwater: learning basic signs to communicate underwater and observation of the underwater environment
- Return to the boat and debriefing during the navigation to the snorkelling site
- Launch for approximately 1 hour of snorkelling, with the instructor in the water beside you for explanations
- Debriefing and welcome drink on the way back to the marina
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity, as well as not being afraid of water.
Special terms
This activity is weather-dependent. If the weather does not allow for the activity to take place, we will contact you to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Companions to divers can ride on the boat paying 25€ on site if there are enough free places, and will have snorkeling equipment at their disposal.
People with a physical disability are welcome on request (please inform us in advance).
Guests not taking part in the first scuba diving experience can book as 'passengers'.
