Introductory Sea Kayaking Certification Course in Oslo

With the guidance of an experienced instructor, you'll have fun on the water and earn your NPF Våttkor certification during this 3-hour introductory sea kayaking certification course in the heart of Oslo! All levels of experience are welcome.

The coastal city is located on the North Sea and might just be the perfect spot for sea kayaking! 

After arriving at the meeting point, you'll be greeted by your friendly and experienced instructor. Then, it's time to gear up and change into your wet suit, neoprene paddling shoes, and life jacket. You will also receive a spray skirt, paddle, and of course, a sea kayak. With your life jacket securely fastened, the adventure begins! Your instructor will provide a water safety briefing, as well as an introduction to sea kayaking and paddling techniques. You and your group (a maximum of 10 participants) will also learn important water rescue principles. In no time, you'll be paddling with confidence, learning new skills, and enjoying the modern architecture of Oslo's distinctive coastline.

Upon completion of the 3-hour course, you'll receive your NPF Våttkor certification. Nationally recognized, it will allow you to rent kayaks and paddle without the presence of an instructor.
