Scuba Diving and Snorkelling in the Berlengas Nature Reserve, Peniche

This excursion allows you to enjoy two experiences in a single day (from 8.30am to 3pm) and is divided into three phases:

• A brief theoretical session led by a professional before each of the experiences. The discover scuba dive also has a theoretical component and form-filling carried out via eLearning.
• Discover Scuba diving in the sea (one dive), always accompanied by an instructor underwater. Once submerged, the dive lasts approximately 25 minutes and during the dive you can reach a depth of between 6 and 12 meters.
• Between both activities, you'll take a surface interval in a spacious boats, in one of the protected bays around the archipelago. Water, fruit and a small cake will be provided but it's better to bring a food reinforcement.
• A snorkeling excursion, supervised by a member of staff who will be present on the boat for any assistance. This tour lasts approximately one hour.
• The order of the activities will be decided on the day of the activity, depending on logistical conditions. One of the activities will take place in the morning at one location and the other after the surface interval at a different location.
• At the end of the day you can take a hot shower in the changing rooms, where there will be shower gel and towels.

This activity does not require any certification or previous diving/snorkelling experience.

All participants under the age of 18 must provide written parental authorisation.

This activity lasts one day and can be carried out on defined dates or on any other date to be agreed with the participants.

People with a mental disorder or physical disability can take part in this activity as long as they have a medical authorisation. However, it's best to contact us before booking so that we can tell you, depending on the problem, if it's possible for the person to take part in the activity.

For this activity, you must not have any of the following contraindications : respiratory problems (exertional asthma), heart problems, ENT problems, lung problems, diabetes or epilepsy. If in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us or ask for medical advice.

This activity is not suitable for pregnant women.

Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.
