Coasteering excursion Dunbar in East Lothian

Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes early. You will get the time for a coffee, and meet the team and other guests who will participate in the excursion.

You will be provided with all the necessary equipment as for the wetsuits to be changed into (you can bring your own if you prefer). Once everyone is geared up and ready for this fun coasteering adventure, we will drive to the location which will take approximately 10 minutes.

A safety briefing will be given by the instructor before entering the ocean. Then you will get coaching practice to enter and exit the water.

It is now time to get into the water, the instructor will follow you and be there to help you out and give you advice. You will get many opportunities to catch waves and a lot of practice. After a little while, you will get back to the shore so that the instructor can give some more on land coaching while you take a little break.

Back in the water after some rest, for more waves progression to standing up!

Once the time is up, walk back to the car and you will be driven back to the meeting point where you will be able to change and get dry. It is now time to enjoy a warm coffee and chocolate!

In order for the activity to take place a minimum of 3 participants is required. The maximum group size is 6 participants. Please note this activity is subject to weather conditions.

Jumps can be up to 10 meters, but you don't have to do them!

Expect to be in the water and on the rocks for over 2 hours.
