Surf lesson in Belhaven Bay Dunbar in East Lothian

- Arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Take a moment to enjoy a coffee, mingle with the team, and meet fellow participants eagerly anticipating the lesson.

- All necessary equipment, including wetsuits (feel free to bring your own if preferred), will be provided. Once everyone is geared up and ready, we will drive to the surfing location, a short 5-minute journey, followed by a delightful 5-minute walk through a picturesque salt marsh to reach the pristine beauty of Belhaven Bay beach—renowned as one of the region's finest surf spots.

- On the beach, an instructor will deliver a comprehensive safety briefing, acquainting you with the equipment and its proper usage. You'll receive coaching on essential paddling and popping up techniques.

- It's time to take to the water! Your instructor will accompany you, offering assistance and guidance as you navigate the waves, providing valuable advice along the way. Prepare for numerous opportunities to catch waves and ample practice time. After a while, take a break on the shore to receive additional on-land coaching from your instructor while enjoying a brief rest.

- Return to the water refreshed and ready for further progression in catching waves and mastering the art of standing up!

- Once the lesson duration is complete, make your way back to the car for a comfortable ride back to the meeting point. Change into dry clothes and relish in a well-deserved warm coffee and indulgent chocolate to celebrate your surf adventure.
