Windsurfing Lesson in Tarifa, on Valdevaqueros Beach

• Welcome at the Laduna Tarifa base, next to the Valdevaqueros Beach car park, 15 minutes before the start of the activity
• Briefing on the activity, the course's objectives, the day's wind conditions and safety instructions
• Distribution of windsurfing gear and equipment
• Start of the 2-hour windsurfing lesson, including a 15-minute warm-up on the beach (learning basic windsurfing techniques, including sail handling, position and balance, and simulation exercises to prepare for practice in the water), followed by 1 hour and 45 minutes of practice in the water under the instructor's supervision
• Debriefing of the session, equipment storage and planning of your next windsurfing lesson

• For beginners: learn to control the sail, steer and perform basic turns.
• For advanced riders: improve speed, manoeuvres and harnessing techniques.

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity.
