Accessible from the age of 6, this descent of the Boggera canyon is aimed at sporty families who want to experience a real water adventure in Ticino, without going through the narrowest and most technical part of the canyon (the "Schlitz").

All obstacles are optional and can be avoided depending on the level of the group.

Meet your guide in Cresciano
Checking equipment at base
Approximate 30-40 minute approach walk from base
Start of the canyoning descent for approximately 2 hours of activity (1 guide for a maximum of 8 participants)
The first pool gives you a chance to practise your jumps, slides and abseils before the adventure begins.
In the canyon, you then follow a series of varied water sections, with two abseils and plenty of action.
End of the descent
Walk back to base (10 minutes)
De-equipping and debriefing

Activity requirements

You need to be able to swim to take part in this activity (intermediate level).

Good general health, sure footedness and physical fitness are also required.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for the activity to take place.

Special terms

Abseiling experience is an advantage but not compulsory (longest abseil: 20 metres).

Experience of canyoning is an advantage but not essential.

Contact lenses or glasses are not a problem for canyoning. Please bring a lanyard for glasses and a waterproof case so that you can carry them into the canyon if necessary.

For safety reasons, it is advisable to remove jewellery and piercings before the activity. There is also a risk of losing them.

While most groups stop here, you continue further up the spectacular gorge to the valley, with impressive abseils and breathtaking views along the way.
