Ossau Valley is one of the three valleys of the Bearn Pyrenees, bordering Spain. Located in the south of Pau, this quiet and green valley is an ideal destination to relax while enjoying the joys of nature.

Various peaks and mountains such as the Pic du Midi d'Ossau, the Pourtalet and Aubisque valleys offer unique landscapes and is really popular amongst passionate climbers and hikers.

In summer, the Ossau Valley offers many hiking trails on emblematic routes such as the GR 10. While in winter, Gourette and Artouste ski resorts have festive events around mountain activities. They have a large ski area with downhill and cross country skiing.

The Pyrenees National Park is spread over the top of the Ossau valley and hosts exceptional fauna and flora. This wild and protected area is great for hiking and sightseeing.
