Escal'OSud

Escal’OSud is a certified school founded in 2013 in Montpellier, specialising in mountain and outdoor sports across the Occitanie region. The organisation provides canyoning, rock climbing, via ferrata, and abseiling sessions within the Cévennes, Hérault, Gard, and Lozère sectors. With over 13 years of operational experience, the structure ensures all activities are led by state-certified instructors. The team collaborates with the Montpellier CREPS to train future instructors, confirming their high level of technical expertise. You join groups limited to 10 participants per instructor to maintain a personalised experience, with private sessions available for families or corporate events. All necessary technical equipment is provided for each discipline. Before every departure, you receive a comprehensive safety briefing, and outings are strictly subject to weather and terrain assessments to ensure optimal conditions. The school also organises multi-day training courses and stays dedicated to climbing and canyoning for those seeking to enhance their technical skills in the South of France.
